Roulade of smoked salmon layered with cream cheese & dill with beetroot carpaggio & pea foam
Warm tartlet of baby artichokes, pancetta & baby onions topped with a parmesan
& basil soft

Supreme of corn fed chicken stuffed with a fois gras & orange farce.
Thyme fondant potato, baby vegetables & red wine jus

Winter bean stew with thyme & red peppercorn butter
